Benefits of Tea

If someone is taking the tea as normal, in the sense of not more than four cups of tea a day then it could provide the same quality with white water in terms of hydration.

"In addition, this study also confirms that a person will not be urinating more often after drinking tea. And also, could be an important part to maintain hydration," he added.

"The tea drinkers can be reassured that your favorite cup of tea usually consumed can calculate the intake of body fluids without the risk effect of dehydration," said Dr. Catherine Hood.
